TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. If any pilgrim shows unwillingness or cannot go after Pre-registration, Taka 5,000 service charge as per government will be deducted, and the rest of the payments will be done after approval of the government. But in case of after registration, the person must make all payments to the agency except for his/her air tickets and food.

2. Since there are no Moalem transport services for the pilgrim when traveling to Makkah from Minah for Tawaf and Saee, they must manage to commute at their own cost. Or they will have to walk.

3. When traveling from Makkah to Madinah and Madinah to Makkah no food arrangements will be there by the agency.

4. Pilgrim will receive their passports, reconfirmed tickets and other necessary documents 24 hours before the flight if all necessary payments regarding Hajj are paid within a given time.

5. Hajj pilgrim would have to make complete payments of their respective packages within the time allocated by the government and payments should be done to bank accounts approved by the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Bangladesh).
